Unlike fighting in the Underground Tunnels, where if you reach 0 HP you can go back to your camp at Safe Zone I to restore half your HP, if you reach 0 HP in Demon City, you will die & become a spirit.

When this happens, you must go to Spirit's Church to get your body back.
